Stay Tuned Salon takes clients by appointment only. In efforts to give each client our undivided attention, we do not answer calls or texts while behind the chair. First time clients should book a consultation to have questions answered and concerns addressed before their appointment for services. We provide individualized consultations and guidance on your natural hair and loc journey. Appointments for consultations and services are available through online booking 24 hours/ 7 days a week. We never double book appointments because we value you and your time. So if you cannot keep your appointment, please cancel within 24 hours of your appointment as a courtesy to others needing an appointment. A rebooking fee of $35 will be assessed to all appointments not canceled in a timely manner. No call/ No shows will not be given new appointments. Deposits are required for all extension services in and any service costing more than $100 due during the consultation
