By accessing or using Cordiale (Cordiale.io), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
What Cordiale Provides
Cordiale is a platform for discovering South Asian wedding and event vendors, browsing wedding planners, and creating event invitations and RSVP pages. We provide tools to connect hosts with vendors and guests. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a vendor or planner.
Vendor and Planner Listings
Vendor and planner listings on Cordiale are compiled from public sources, user submissions, and claimed profiles. While we strive for accuracy, Cordiale does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the quality, reliability, or legality of any vendor or planner listed on the platform. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging any vendor or planner.
User Conduct
You agree to use Cordiale for lawful purposes only. You will not submit false information, impersonate others, spam vendors or planners, or attempt to interfere with the platform's operation. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for violations.
Event and RSVP Features
Cordiale provides free tools for creating event pages and collecting RSVPs. Event hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their event information. Cordiale is not liable for miscommunications, missed RSVPs, or event-related issues. We reserve the right to remove events that violate these terms or are used for purposes other than legitimate event planning.
Intellectual Property
The Cordiale name, logo, design, and original content are owned by Cordiale. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our branding or content without permission. Content you submit (reviews, event details, messages) remains yours, but you grant Cordiale a license to display and use it on the platform.
Limitation of Liability
Cordiale is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to issues with vendor services, event planning outcomes, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, which for free-tier users is zero.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Cordiale at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may stop using Cordiale at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Cordiale after changes constitutes acceptance.
