Dr. Robert Bulger attended Mayo Graduate School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at Emory University, as well as a pain management fellowship at Penn State. He is board certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) in pain management and anesthesiology. Dr. Bulger is a past president of the Dallas County Anesthesia Society, visiting professor at UT Southwestern Medical Center and contributing author of a major surgical text on pain. He has lectured locally and nationally on pain therapies and has been selected as one of D Magazine’s Best Doctors in Dallas and Collin County multiple times.
